TT Group needed a virtual platform to deliver content through highly interactive sessions to participants, replacing their usual live conference.
plus-virtual created a platform helping TT Group run webinars over 3 days for 3 separate departments. An attractive reception area with a welcome video greeted delegates. Each webinar was fully branded and interactive with live Q&A and chat functions.
Interactive Exhibition Stands
The platform incorporated virtual exhibition stands for TTÂ Group’s corporate sponsors. These were all individually branded with many interactive features, including downloadable literature, video content, live chat/video call features and a facility to book one to one meetings.
Customised Foyers
As TT Group were running 3 separate webinars, plus-virtual created a separate foyer for each conference enabling delegates to locate the appropriate link for the required lecture/meeting.
Also available an on demand area in order to upload recorded content from the webinars post event.
Networking Lounge
A virtual room created to encourage and facilitate networking between participants.
