How to convert an Audience Member to Speaker

You may want to make one of your audience members a speaker during a meeting.

Maybe you want them to help with meeting administrative tasks or want a quick way of allowing them to broadcast their audio and video.

To do this – click the Participants icon – find your audience member in the list, click the beside their name and select the Move to Speaker option.**

**Promoting someone to Speaker will give also give them full in-room permissions (but not full admin access).
